Sell a day pass, or let a guest book a facility without an account. The guest gets a private link that manages that one booking and nothing else.

Staff check bookings in on the day, and the Today view collects the day's activity in one place. Cancelling a booking gives its capacity back straight away.

Connect Zoho Calendar and its busy times block the matching slots, so a room that is taken elsewhere is not offered here.
