Staff seats are free
Only active members count towards a plan. Staff, admins and owners are free, so nobody has to share a login.

Add-ons on any paid plan
Extra locations are billed per location per month. SMS is billed at cost plus 20%. Identity (KYC) checks are billed at cost plus 20% per check, on top of the plan. Ask us for the exact figures in your currency.
If a trial or subscription ends
Nothing is deleted. Your hub becomes read-only for staff and stays exportable, and subscribing restores everything instantly.
